lasst mich Euch voller Stolz Matthew Ivan Cherry präsentieren, den ich soeben in Öl portraitiert habe!

Matthew ist ein außerordentlich guter und etablierter Portraitkünstler aus Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Er portraitiert Menschen in lustigen Kostümen, mit Irokesen-Haarschnitt oder auch unbekleidet. Ich habe mich entschieden, ihn ebenfalls unbekleidet zu portraitieren. Als besonderes Detail seht Ihr im Hintergrund eine Malerei innerhalb der Malerei.

Demnächst werde ich mich meinerseits von Matthew mit einem Irokesen-Haarschnitt portraitieren lassen...

Let me proudly present you Matthew Ivan Cherry being my newest portrait in oil!

Matthew is a sophisticated and very established portrait painter from Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He paints people in funny costumes, with mohawks or unclothed. So I decided to paint him unclothed. In the background you can see a painting within the painting as a special detail.

Next I will be painted by Matthew with a mohawk…

Liebe Leserinnen, liebe Leser,

hier seht Ihr das Portrait von Isabella. Ihr Blog Label Love dreht sich um Fashion, Lifestyle und Beauty.
Gerade zu diesem Zeitpunkt laufen zwei sehr inspirierende Ausstellungen in Köln: die Ausstellung "1912 - Mission Moderne" im Wallraff-Richartz-Museum und die Ausstellung "A Bigger Picture" mit Landschaften von David Hockney im Museum Ludwig.

Diese beiden Ausstellungen inspirierten mich, Isabella in einer Landschaft zu portraitieren. Dieses Portrait ist eine kleine Hommage an die Klassische Moderne. Und natürlich an David Hockney.

Here you can see the portrait of Isabella. Her Blog Label Love is about fashion, lifestyle and beauty. At this juncture two inspiring exhibitions are shown here in Cologne: "1912 - Mission Moderne" at the Wallraff-Richartz-Museum and "A Bigger Picture" with landscape paintings by David Hockney.

These two exhibitions inspired me to paint Isabella in a landscape. This portrait is a homage to the classic modern art. And or corse to David Hockney.

Dieses Portrait ist sehr ernst geworden, doch Gary ist auch ein sehr freundlicher Portraitkünstler, der seine Modelle sensibel und emphatisch Portraitiert. Seine Portraits erscheinen sehr natürlich und lebendig im Ausdruck. Liebe Leserinnen, liebe Leser,

hier seht Ihr ein Portrait von Katarina Kühl. Sie ist eine junge, sehr begabte Illustratorin aus Hamburg. Kostproben ihrer Arbeit gibt´s auf ihrem Blog. Auf ihrem früheren Blog PencilFashion hat sie bevorzugt Stars aus der Medien- und Modewelt portraitiert. Doch in ihren Portraits erscheinen die Stars nicht kühl und unnahbar, sondern Katarina Kühl verleiht ihren Modellen einen ganz besonderen Ausdruck. Einige ihrer bemerkenswerten Portraits gibt es dort im Blog-Archiv.

At her earlier blog called PencilFashion she portrayed some stars from the show business. But at her portraits the models don´t appear cool and aloof.
